What is the free 3-month SportsPass promotion?
To say thanks for being an LV= customer, we’re giving you the chance to try something new with a free 3-month SportsPass.
What does my SportsPass get me?
We’re offering free sports lessons and sessions. Each valid claim gives you free entry or a free session or lesson for a sport near you from the 1,000s we have available across the UK. You can go on your own or as part of a group but if you’re in a group, only one person can use their free voucher.
How do I get my free 3-month SportsPass?
Just register on the homepage and enter your LV= policy number, name and email address. Then you’re all set! Check out the sports and sessions available near you and select the ones you want to try. We’ll send your voucher for each selection by email. You'll also receive an email containing a smartlink to access your pass.
How many times can I use the free 3-month SportsPass?
The SportsPass can be used once per activity per venue and you can try as many activities in as many venues as you like. Once you've registered, simply click the link we send you and select the venues to claim and download a voucher. Then you just have to remember to take it with you!
How do I access my free 3-month SportsPass?
Once you’ve registered, you’ll receive a smartlink by email, which is how you access your pass and redeem vouchers for each venue.
Once I have a venue voucher, how long will it be valid?
All vouchers must be used by 31 March 2026.
When does the promotion finish?
The promotion runs until 11.59pm on 31 December 2025 or until all passes have been claimed. Once you receive your pass, you’ll have access for 3 months from the date of registration. Individual vouchers must be used by 31 March 2026.
Why is my policy number not recognised?
If your policy is new, you’ll need to wait 7 working days before you register. If you’re still having problems, please get in touch.
What happens if I can’t find my sports pass?
Search your inbox and junk mail for an email from lv@tlcrewards.com. Alternatively, please contact our customer service team.
I require an accessible venue but can’t find one in my area, who should I contact?
We’re happy to offer adjustments for a range of needs, wherever we possibly can. Please get in touch with us to discuss this further.
Why do I need a sports pass and a voucher?
The sports pass gives you access to the sports network and lets you select a venue. Each venue requires a unique voucher for customers to redeem their free session.
Do I need to print off the voucher and take it to the venue?
Once you’ve selected a venue, we’ll send you a voucher by email. Simply take it along with you – you can print it off or just show it on your phone.
I claimed a pass back in 2024, can I claim again?
Yes, you can claim a new pass for 2025. You have until 11.59pm on 31 December 2025 unless all passes have been claimed. Once you receive your pass, you’ll have access for 3 months from the date of registration. Individual vouchers must be used by 31 March 2026.
